Project:<\/strong> Improvement of professional skills of students of Viduskurzeme primary school-developmetn centre<\/p>\n Project No.<\/strong>\u00a0 2020-1-LV01-KA102-077314<\/p>\n Project financier:<\/strong> State Education Development Agency<\/p>\n Partners:<\/strong> UAB Global Ideas, Lithuania, InterCollege, Denmark<\/p>\n The aim of the project is to improve professional and personal competences of VET students with special needs.<\/p>\n Project implementation period:<\/strong> June 1, 2020 – May 31, 2021<\/p>\n The project of Viduskurzeme primary school – development centre is aimed to improve professional and personal competences of students with special needs so that they could integrate into labour market after graduation of school. The educational establishment will promote inclusive education to ensure equal educational opportunities for young people at risk of social exclusion and will contribute to experience of career development and access to labour market. Three students of catering service programme will go to Lithuania, to carry out practice in Vilnius catering enterprise, which will be will organized by the organization UAB”Globalios idejos”, the practice will improve students’ practical work skills, but two students from “Woodworking” programme will go to Denmark. The execution of the project programme will be based on the methodology used in “Erasmus +” guidelines. As a result, five students of vocational programmes will have work based international experience , professional and personal development of competences which will enable better integration into the labour market. This mobility project for the educational institution will develop internationalisation and the introduction of the European dimension in training and education of students, promote motivation and attractiveness of vocational education.<\/p>\n
