Objective: increase the level of participation of young people with disabilities and/or special needs in community-based organisations.

Applicant organisation: Associació Alba (Spain).

Partner organisation I: Viduskurzeme primary school- development centre (Latvia).

Partner organisation II:  ROC Noorderpoort (Netherlands).

Partner organisation III:  Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale Forlì-Cesena società cooperativa sociale (Italy).

Partner organisation IV:  Inspire – Eden and Razzett Foundation (Malta).

Partner organisation V:  UNIVERSITATEA NATIONALA DE EDUCATIE FIZICA SI SPORT DIN BUCURESTI (Romania).

Main objective: to increase the level of participation of young people with disabilities and/or special needs in community-based organisations.

Project priorities: I) Social inclusion; II)  Supporting educators, youth workers, educational leaders and support staff; III) Promoting engaging, connecting and empowering young people.

Activities:

  • Transnational Project Meeting I (planning & coordination) – (date to be determined, Spain): 1 participant (staff)/partner organisation.
  • Short-term joint staff training event (training course & partnership building activities) – (date to be determined, Spain): 2 participants (staff)/partner organisation.
  • Transnational Project Meeting II (presentation of results & evaluation) – (date to be determined, Spain): 1 participant (staff)/partner organisation.
